• Preparation & Release of End of Line Test Documents for both Engine Control Unit & non-ECU Development /Series Products
\n
• Ensure to fulfil requirements from Project team/Customer
\n
• Maintenance of Series Projects
\n
• Ensure On Time Delivery (Sample/Series) in line with Project Schedule
\n
• Perform End Of Line Test Method Development according to PS-EC Process
\n
• Preparation of Test Depth Analysis for Series EWAK Products
\n
• Adaptation of EoL documents for Component Change Request from Project Team
\n
• Support to all BOSCH Production Plant for smooth PAV Installation & Running
\n
• Co-ordinate with TSS team for ECR implementation
\n
• Lessons Learnt to be documented, recorded properly in RBEI tools & it must be shared to Team
\n
• Identify the risks foreseen & report it to TPM
\n
• Support for PAV Validation at COB-CCS
\n
• Support for EnLAB/ProLAB ECU rework (on PAV failures)
\n
• Follow RBEI Review Process
\n
• Proactive approach on Critical Issues (Query from Sample shop / Series Production Line)
\n
• On-Time Status Reporting to affected Stake Holders
\n

Qualifications

\n
• BE in Electrical, Electronics or in Automotive Engineering
\n
• 3 to 6 years of experience on HW electronics
\n
• Experience with Engine ECU Electronic Design, Power Electronics is preferred
\n
• Experience in working with Communication protocols(eg CAN,Ethernet,Flexray), Basic Electronics, Analog & mixed signal design
\n
• Good Soft Skills (Verbal/Written Communication), Analytical Skills
\n
• Initiative and responsible Team Player
