- Oversee all aspects of industrial operations across multiple plants including manufacturing, safety, ops excellence and quality control. \n
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and productivity. \n
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. \n
- Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals to achieve business goals. \n
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives. \n
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet financial targets. \n
- Drive innovation and implement best practices in industrial operation \n\n
- A fulltime engineering degree and MBA is preferred \n
- A professional with atleast 25 years of overall exp and worked in industries such as Agri Processing, Chemicals, F&B, Food Ingredients, Paints and Lubricants \n
- someone who demonstrated success in multi-plant leadership, operations excellence and IR management. \n
- someone with strong exposure to capex projects, automation, plant ramp-up and technology adoption. \n
- Someone with experience applying Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or global operational excellence systems. \n
- an expert in safety, quality systems, engineering and regulatory frameworks.
