\nLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka
\nExperience Required: 8 – 12Years overall (Minimum 8 years in Building Materials/Architectural Surfaces)
\nRole Purpose
\nDrive business growth and market expansion in the Bangalore territory through strategic channel management, high-value project specification, and key account acquisition with real estate developers, architects, and designers.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Project Sales & Specification Selling

Influence Blueprints: Conduct direct meetings and product presentations with A-Class Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders to get Neotra products approved and specified in upcoming projects.
\n
- \n
- \n
Lead Tracking: Identify, track, and secure high-value commercial, residential, and institutional project opportunities in the region.
\n
- \n
- \n
End-to-End Closures: Manage the entire project lifecycle—from responding to RFPs and submitting rapid cost calculations/quotations to negotiation and deal finalization.
\n
2. Channel & Network Management

Network Expansion: Identify, on-board, and develop high-performing dealers, distributors, and fabricator networks across the territory to boost secondary sales.

- \n
Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with channel partners and influencer networks to increase brand visibility and market share.
\n
3. Team & Financial Discipline

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and handle a regional sales team to achieve set volume and revenue targets.
\n
- \n
- \n
Commercial Monitoring: Actively oversee outstanding dues, manage credit terms, and drive timely payment collections from corporate accounts and distributors.

Desired Profile & Skills

Industry Domain: Must have deep sales experience in premium building materials (e.g., Sintered Surfaces, Tiles, Porcelain Slabs, Sanitaryware, Architectural Hardware).
\n

- \n
Network Strengths: An established, active network of premium Architects, Builders, Corporate Developers, and Contractors in the Bangalore region.
\n
- \n
- \n
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language (Kannada) is highly preferred.
\n

- \n
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or MBA in Marketing is a distinct advantage).
