Role Overview
\nWe are looking for a highly proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who will act as a trusted partner to the MD and closely support the leadership team.
\nThis role sits at the heart of the organization and offers deep exposure to strategy, operations, decision-making, and execution. The EA will work closely with the MD on business priorities, strategic initiatives, research, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution.

\nKey Responsibilities
\nStrategic and Business Support
\nAct as a strategic thought partner to the MD in planning and execution of key initiatives
\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to support leadership decisions
\nTrack strategic goals, action items, and cross-functional follow-ups
\nPrepare presentations, board notes, investor decks, and internal communications
\nOperations and Execution
\nSupport the MD in overseeing daily business operations
\nMonitor critical project timelines and ensure timely execution
\nCoordinate with department heads to align deliverables
\nIdentify and implement process improvements
\nCommunication and Stakeholder Management
\nServe as a key liaison between the MD and internal and external stakeholders
\nDraft and manage high-level correspondence
\nCoordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
\nAdministrative and Confidential Support
\nManage the MD calendar, travel, and scheduling with high discretion
\nHandle confidential information with integrity
\nEnsure the MD is well-prepared for meetings and strategic discussions

\nQualifications and Experience
\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
\n1 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar leadership support role
\nExperience in startup, fast-growing, or technology-driven environments is a plus
\nStrong proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
\nStrong presentation and documentation skills
