We are looking for a highly proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who will act as a trusted partner to the MD and closely support the leadership team.

This role sits at the heart of the organization and offers deep exposure to strategy, operations, decision-making, and execution. The EA will work closely with the MD on business priorities, strategic initiatives, research, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Strategic and Business Support

\n

Act as a strategic thought partner to the MD in planning and execution of key initiatives

\n

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support leadership decisions

\n

Track strategic goals, action items, and cross-functional follow-ups

\n

Prepare presentations, board notes, investor decks, and internal communications

\n

Operations and Execution

\n

Support the MD in overseeing daily business operations

\n

Monitor critical project timelines and ensure timely execution

\n

Coordinate with department heads to align deliverables

\n

Identify and implement process improvements

\n

Communication and Stakeholder Management

\n

Serve as a key liaison between the MD and internal and external stakeholders

\n

Draft and manage high-level correspondence

\n

Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and follow-ups

\n

Administrative and Confidential Support

\n

Manage the MD calendar, travel, and scheduling with high discretion

\n

Handle confidential information with integrity

\n

Ensure the MD is well-prepared for meetings and strategic discussions

\n

Qualifications and Experience

\n

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

1 to 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar leadership support role

Experience in startup, fast-growing, or technology-driven environments is a plus

\n

Strong proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

\n

Strong presentation and documentation skills

\n
