Job Description
- Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures. \n
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits. \n
- Identify hazards and perform risk assessments (JSA). \n
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory safety standards. \n
- Monitor high-risk activities (height work, confined space, hot work). \n
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses. \n
- Prepare incident reports and root cause analysis. \n
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). \n
- Conduct safety induction and training programs. \n
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions. \n
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation. \n
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001). \n
- Develop and implement emergency response plans (ERP). \n
- Conduct mock drills and evacuation exercises. \n
- Ensure availability and maintenance of safety equipment and PPE. \n
- Monitor environmental compliance (waste, pollution control). \n
- Promote safe work culture and employee participation. \n
- Coordinate with management and regulatory authorities.
