About the role
\nThis role supports the development of investment strategies, assists in deal execution, contributes to the incubation of new businesses, and plays a role in group restructuring activities. This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the Group. The role involves close collaboration with the senior leadership team, with a focus on supporting the growth of the investment portfolio and new business ventures.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nScheduling, Maintaining & Co-ordination of Appointments, Calendar Management, VMS etc. with both internal and external stakeholders
\nCo-ordination with service providers Telephone/IT/VMS/TCI/Garage etc.
\nCo-ordination of conference rooms, travel and stay arrangements
\nCo-ordination and follow-ups with cross functional departments
\nHandling department expenses, vendor payments & co-ordination with finance department
\nFiling & maintenance of department records
\nGeneral correspondence and managing miscellaneous work on a day today basis
\nSupporting the Department/s team in their day-to-day activities including coordination and follow up with different functions and basic excel preparation
\nWho are we looking for?
\nEducation:
\nBachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
\nExperience:
\n2-5 years of relevant experience
\nSkills/ Knowledge Good to Have:
\nStrong communication skills, both written and spoken
\nStrong Stakeholder Management Skills
\nExcellent inter-personal skills
\nHigh energy and keen willingness to learn
\nBasic MS Office knowledge (Particularly Excel and Word)
\nExecution excellence, with end to end ownership
