    Job Description

  • Own and drive pan‑India revenue growth, covering both top-line and bottom-line responsibility.
  • \n
  • Build and execute sales strategies for industrial machinery, capital equipment, and engineered systems.
  • \n
  • Expand and strengthen the distributor/dealer network across major industrial regions.
  • \n
  • Lead long-cycle B2B sales processes, including technical discussions, machine demos, trials, and solution-based selling.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with technical, engineering, and production teams to deliver custom and application-specific solutions.
  • \n
  • Manage key accounts across large manufacturing, processing, engineering, and automation-driven clients.
  • \n
  • Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market shifts to refine sales strategy.
  • \n
  • Lead, coach, and scale regional and national sales teams with clear performance metrics.
  • \n
  • Drive institutional sales, dealer-led sales, and direct B2B engagement models.
  • \n
  • Ensure strong sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM-driven execution.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 12-18 years of experience in agricultural machinery, capital goods, heavy engineering, automation, or related equipment sales.
  • \n
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multi-state or national sales teams.
  • \n
  • Proven understanding of machinery, production line systems, automation, or engineering equipment.
  • \n
  • Experience managing revenue portfolios of ₹50 Cr+ (preferred).
  • \n
  • Strong background in dealer-driven, channel-led, and institutional B2B selling models.
  • \n
  • Deep expertise in long technical sales cycles and complex industrial negotiations.
  • \n
  • Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel 50-60% across India to drive business expansion.
