Job Description
- Lead revenue for a fast‑growing machinery leader \n
- High ownership opportunity to shape the India business \n\n
- Own and drive pan‑India revenue growth, covering both top-line and bottom-line responsibility. \n
- Build and execute sales strategies for industrial machinery, capital equipment, and engineered systems. \n
- Expand and strengthen the distributor/dealer network across major industrial regions. \n
- Lead long-cycle B2B sales processes, including technical discussions, machine demos, trials, and solution-based selling. \n
- Collaborate with technical, engineering, and production teams to deliver custom and application-specific solutions. \n
- Manage key accounts across large manufacturing, processing, engineering, and automation-driven clients. \n
- Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and market shifts to refine sales strategy. \n
- Lead, coach, and scale regional and national sales teams with clear performance metrics. \n
- Drive institutional sales, dealer-led sales, and direct B2B engagement models. \n
- Ensure strong sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM-driven execution. \n\n
- 12-18 years of experience in agricultural machinery, capital goods, heavy engineering, automation, or related equipment sales. \n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multi-state or national sales teams. \n
- Proven understanding of machinery, production line systems, automation, or engineering equipment. \n
- Experience managing revenue portfolios of ₹50 Cr+ (preferred). \n
- Strong background in dealer-driven, channel-led, and institutional B2B selling models. \n
- Deep expertise in long technical sales cycles and complex industrial negotiations. \n
- Strong leadership, team development, and stakeholder management capabilities. \n
- Willingness to travel 50-60% across India to drive business expansion.
