Role Title: SCM SME – Procurement, Inventory & Order Management (NetSuite)

Role Overview

The SCM SME will lead the design and deployment of end-to-end supply chain processes across Life Sciences organizations. The role will standardize procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and order management processes while ensuring scalability, traceability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement (Source-to-Pay)

• Define supplier management processes.

• Design requisition, approval, and purchase order workflows.
\n
• Standardize procurement policies across entities.
\n
• Implement vendor performance and procurement reporting requirements.
\n

Inventory Management

• Design inventory operating model.
\n
• Define inventory policies and controls.
\n
• Configure:Item MastersInventory LocationsLot ControlSerialized InventoryCycle CountingInventory TransfersReplenishment Planning

Order Management

\n
• Design Order-to-Cash process flows.
\n
• Define order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns processes.
\n
• Standardize customer service workflows.
\n
• Support demand planning and inventory allocation processes.
\n

Life Sciences Requirements

\n
• Define traceability requirements.
\n
• Support lot-controlled inventory management.
\n
• Ensure product genealogy and inventory visibility.
\n
• Support regulatory and quality-driven inventory controls.
\n

Data Migration & Testing

\n
• Lead migration of:Vendor MastersCustomer MastersInventory MastersOpen POsOpen Sales OrdersInventory Balances
\n
• Lead SCM UAT and business readiness activities.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
\n
• 8+ years of supply chain transformation experience.
\n
• 5+ years implementing NetSuite SCM capabilities.
\n
• Strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Life Sciences industry experience.
\n
• Experience with lot-controlled inventory environments.
\n
• Knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations.
\n
• NetSuite SCM certifications.
\n
