\nJob Purpose
\nThis position is responsible for managing the annual planning, budgeting & management reporting (MIS) process, ensuring annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting & analysis requirements are achieved accurately, completely and on a timely basis
\nKey Responsibilities
\nFunctional Responsibilities
\nFinancial Planning
\nRevenue/Profitability forecasting across various business segments / Area / Channel Partners
\nReview & Preparation of Monthly review/Boards/Audit/Strategy presentation
\nPreparation & Analyzing Business Plan across business segment/Area/Channel Partners
\nBudgeting & Forecasting
\nBudgeting & variance analysis across various business segments/Area/Channel Partners
\nPeriodically forecasting of business plan across business segments/Area/Channel Partners
\nLiaising with business & function heads in relation to annual budget
\nControlling & monitoring income & expenses across business segment
\nBusiness Analysis
\nAnalyzing and preparing internal reports on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis
\nAnalyzing & preparing P&L of the entire business, segment wise, areawise, channel partners wise on monthly, quarterly & annual basis
\nPreparation & Review of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance
\nRoot cause analysis and indicating possible corrective actions
\nJob Requirements
\nSkill set
\nFinancially astute leader with sound decision making, strategic acumen, process improvement and analytical problem-solving capabilities
\nExperience in Planning, Budgeting, forecasting & profitability analysis and Management Reporting (MIS)
\nConversant with Ind-AS applicability in NBFCs
