- 10-15 years of experience is required \n
- Candidates with strong academic background in MBA Finance/CA will be considered \n
- Proven expertise in Corporate Development, with a focus on strategic planning and M&A \n
- Comprehensive industry knowledge of technology, consumer or investment banking/PE sector will be required \n
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. \n
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. \n
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques. \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
