Truva - Buyer Experience
Job Description
Job Title: Buyer Experience Architect
\nLocation: Powai, Mumbai (Work from Office)
\nExperience: 1 to 3 Years
\nCompany: Truva
About Truva \nFounded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, Truva is redefining the home-buying experience in India — think Spinny, but for homes. Our platform provides end-to-end assistance to home buyers: from discovering top-tier properties and scheduling visits to navigating legal formalities and arranging financing.
\nIn just 9 months, we've raised $3M in seed funding from leading investors and remained profitable since Day 1, a testament to our sustainable and ambitious growth journey. We're now building a high-caliber team to scale this vision.
\nWhy Join Us?
\nBuying a home is one of life's biggest and most emotional decisions. At Truva, you won't just be selling properties — you'll be designing a seamless and trustworthy journey for buyers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, growth, and product experience — perfect for someone who wants to blend hustle, empathy, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities \nAs a Buyer Experience Architect, you will:
\n- \n
- Own the Buyer Journey: Manage the buyer's entire experience — from first contact to deal closure. \n
- Build Relationships That Matter: Understand customer needs, offer property insights (e.g., ROI, legal clarity), conduct in-person visits, and ensure a delightful buying process. \n
- Drive Property Sales: Handle the end-to-end sales cycle for curated properties — listing optimization, negotiations, documentation, and closure. \n
- Collaborate with Growth Team: Help grow Truva's buyer community via open houses, digital campaigns, and creative lead-generation experiments. \n
- Improve Product & Experience: Partner with the product team to translate buyer feedback into features — digital walkthroughs, comparison tools, etc. \n
What Makes You a Great Fit :
\n- \n
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role — Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Hospitality, or even HR. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate empathetically. \n
- A balance of data-driven thinking and emotional intelligence — you know when to use a CRM metric and when to send a handwritten note. \n
- Eager to learn, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. \n
- Passionate about improving systems and customer journeys, not just hitting quotas. \n
Bonus: Experience or passion in real estate, proptech, or home ownership journeys.
What We Offer :
\n- \n
- An opportunity to work directly with IIT/Stanford GSB founders \n
- An early seat at one of India's most exciting real estate startups \n
- Flat hierarchy, fast decision-making, and real ownership of outcomes \n
- Collaborative, mission-driven work culture in a high-growth environment \n
