Job Description
- Only candidates based out of Pune or willing to relocate to apply \n
- Only candidates with 4-8 yrs of post-qualification experience apply \n\n
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing a wide range of contracts, MOUs, SLAs, legal notices, replies, pleadings, and other legal documents across business units. \n
- Ensuring high‑quality commercial contract drafting in line with current legal best practices. \n
- Providing guidance on company law, corporate law, and principles of corporate governance to internal stakeholders. \n
- Supporting the formulation, revision, and implementation of company and departmental policies. \n
- Conducting legal research on corporate commercial laws, exchange control laws, and contract laws. \n
- Advising the business on statutory and regulatory compliances impacting operations. \n
- Handling litigation matters, including NCLT, civil, criminal, and arbitration matters. \n
- Coordinating, following up, and providing structured support to external legal counsel. \n\n
- A degree in Law from a recognised institution. \n
- Experience range of 4-8 yrs. is required. \n
- Prior experience or familiarity with the energy / power / wind / solar /heavy manufacturing sectors is preferred but not mandatory. \n
- Strong command over contract drafting, legal analysis, and documentation management. \n
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. \n
- A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
