The India Technology Center serves as a strategic extension of the global engineering organization, driving large-scale digital transformation, platform modernization, and enterprise technology initiatives.
\nThe organization is expanding its engineering leadership team to support mission-critical platforms that power large-scale retirement and financial services solutions for millions of users.
The Purpose of This Role \nAs the Vice President - Software Engineering, you will define and execute the technology strategy, engineering roadmap, and delivery for a large-scale enterprise platform. You will lead high-performing engineering teams, drive modernization initiatives, and partner closely with global technology and business leaders to build secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.
\nThis role requires an experienced, hands-on technology leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and can influence outcomes across a globally distributed engineering organization.

- Provide technology leadership across large-scale greenfield and brownfield transformation programs. \n
- Ensure enterprise architecture standards, governance, and technology compliance are consistently implemented. \n

- Drive program governance, risk management, execution excellence, and measurable business outcomes. \n

- 20+ years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership experience. \n
- Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise engineering organizations and complex technology transformation programs. \n
- Experience driving cloud modernization, platform transformation, and mission-critical enterprise applications. \n
- MBA preferred but not mandatory. \n
