\nRoles & Responsibilities:
\nCreate, Design, implement, and oversee CSR/CER Employee volunteering programs that align with corporate values and community needs.
\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize social impact initiatives and opportunities
\nCoordinate and manage volunteer events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively engage participants.
\nBuild and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders to foster partnerships that enhance our CSR efforts and reach of the Employee society relationships.
\nNurture Employee participation in community events and represent the company in a positive light.
\nDevelop communication to promote CSR volunteering opportunities to employees and also project the same to internal and external stakeholders.
\nOrganize training and informational sessions to educate employees about social responsibility and volunteerism.
\nTrack and report on the impact of CSR and employee volunteering initiatives, including metrics and outcomes.
\nPrepare regular reports for management to highlight achievements and opportunities for improvement.
\nQualifications:
\nMaster s in social work (MSW)/MA Sociology.
\nExperience
\n5-8 years+ of experience in CSR or Community Relations project management domain from corporates.
