  • Oversee all commercial activities for the school projects, including planning, procurement, and vendor management.

  • Manage both Capex and Opex vendor engagements across construction, interiors, furnishings, and marketing-related expenses.
  • \n
  • Lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
  • \n
  • Finalize contracts, monitor adherence to commercial terms, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • \n
  • Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and drive financial efficiency in project execution.
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with internal project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • \n
  • Track commercial performance, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • \n
  • Build long-term vendor relationships while ensuring continuous improvement in procurement processes.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 8-10 years in commercial roles, especially within building, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • \n
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in vendor management, procurement, contract negotiation, and cost control for infra-related projects.
  • \n
  • Soft Skills: Negotiation, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and commercial acumen.
  • \n
  • Industry Preference: School, University, building & infrastructure-related industries.
