Job Description
- Offers full ownership of operations for a major school project. \n
- Provides a high-impact leadership role with strong budget authority. \n\n
- Oversee all commercial activities for the school projects, including planning, procurement, and vendor management. \n
- Manage both Capex and Opex vendor engagements across construction, interiors, furnishings, and marketing-related expenses. \n
- Lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing without compromising quality. \n
- Finalize contracts, monitor adherence to commercial terms, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. \n
- Identify cost‑optimization opportunities and drive financial efficiency in project execution. \n
- Collaborate closely with internal project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination. \n
- Track commercial performance, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones. \n
- Build long-term vendor relationships while ensuring continuous improvement in procurement processes. \n\n
- Experience: 8-10 years in commercial roles, especially within building, construction, or infrastructure projects. \n
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience in vendor management, procurement, contract negotiation, and cost control for infra-related projects. \n
- Soft Skills: Negotiation, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and commercial acumen. \n
- Industry Preference: School, University, building & infrastructure-related industries.
