Job Description
- Drive high‑impact HR programs across India and global engineering teams \n
- Work directly with senior leadership, influencing decision‑making \n\n

\n Program Execution & Governance
\n Manage end‑to‑end lifecycle of HR programs (performance, surveys, benefits rollout, etc.).Ensure accurate goal‑setting, quality checks, deployment tracking, and program hygiene.Conduct gap analyses across technology and leadership cohorts.Review spans & layers, identify hotspots, and surface insights to HRBPs.\n
Partner closely with HRBPs across regions, COEs (Comp & Ben, Talent), and global HR teams.Consolidate feedback from multiple regions and drive unified, actionable inputs.Ensure seamless communication, timelines, and program clarity during rollouts.\n
\n Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Engage directly with India and global engineering leaders.Enable HRBPs by ensuring alignment, reducing bottlenecks, and streamlining decision flows.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and COEs.\n
\n Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Support global HR program rollouts covering ~ employees.Provide strategic input through survey analysis, hotspot identification, and business needs.Mature and scale programs with a strong governance and consistency framework.
\n Program Scaling & Strategy \n\n - 8-12 years total experience (not necessarily fully in program management). \n
- Exposure to large-scale and mature organizations-preferably tech, pharma, telecom, or product companies. \n
- Hands-on experience working closely with senior HRBPs. \n
- Highly proactive, structured, and outcomes-oriented. \n
- Strong governance mindset with the ability to drive clarity across teams. \n
- Curious, fast learner with the ability to scale HR programs over time. \n
- Open to coaching; strong foundational understanding of HR processes.
