System Integrator

The System Integrator (SYI) is responsible for the end to end mechanical, electrical, electronics and software integration of E Mobility systems such as Inverters, Integrated Drive Modules (IDMs), and X in 1 products.\n
\nThe role ensures that all sub systems are correctly integrated according to the system architecture, and that the fully integrated product functions as intended through systematic system integration & Validation. \n

Key Responsibility:

\n

\n
• Lead system integration activities for E‑Mobility components including Inverters, motors, Integrated Drive Modules (IDMs), and X‑in‑1 products .
\n
• Drive front‑end integration of E‑products across multiple test environments such as HiL, High‑Voltage, and e‑Dyne benches ensuring robustness of system integration and validation activities.
\n
• Collaborate closely with Hardware, Mechanical, and Software teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system integration issues effectively.
\n
• Possess a basic understanding of hardware layouts and schematics for X‑in‑1 products, including wiring harness design for respective test systems, associated integration aspects, and an overview of mechanical CAD diagrams to support cross‑functional discussions.
\n
• Review system architecture elements and define, maintain, and execute the System Integration Strategy , ensuring all system elements are integrated in alignment with the overall system architecture.
\n
• Create system integration test specifications and test cases to validate system architectural design.
\n
• Execute system integration testing , document test results, logs, and observations, and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
\n
• Drive compliance with ASPICE process requirements, maintain oversight of Functional Safety (FuSa) aspects, and support internal and external ASPICE audits and assessments.
\n

Work Experience/Skills:

\n

\n
• Proven experience in leading projects, including technical support, task planning, execution tracking, status monitoring, and reporting.
\n
• Experience in Vehicle Powertrain Testing, preferably within Electric and Hybrid powertrain domains .
\n
• Strong domain expertise in Inverters and Electric Drive systems.
\n
• Hands‑on experience in defining system integration and integration test strategies.
\n
• Experience working in High‑Voltage laboratories and performing e‑Dyne/Dyno testing, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and handling of test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers and thermal loggers.
\n
• Experience with test and requirements management tools such as Polarion, DOORS, and Jira/equivalent tools.
\n
• Good knowledge of ASPICE processes and Functional Safety (ISO 26262); familiarity with ISO 16750‑2 is preferred.
\n
• Basic knowledge of microcontroller‑based hardware, electric motors, automotive electronics, electrical circuits and mechanical components.
\n
• Proficiency with Embedded C, MATLAB/Simulink, Visio, MathType, and Git .
\n
• Proficiency with automotive test, calibration, and validation tools, including:
  \n CANoe (CAPL scripting), CANape, TraceTronic-ECU‑TEST, NI LabVIEW, NI Veristand, dSPACE ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, Typhoon HIL- Schematic Editor/ Control Center, PUMA, Git and Bitbucket.
\n
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, CAN‑FD, LIN, and FlexRay.
\n
