Job Description for Brand Manager role
\nJob location: Mumbai
\nKey purpose of the job: This role is responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing all brand and marketing communication programs across defined geographies. The objective is to build brand equity , craft immersive brand experiences, and generate qualified demand for real estate projects through effective marketing activations, walkthroughs, and collaterals.
\nKey Accountabilities
\nStrategic
\n- Create and drive the overall marketing strategy for corporate brand and individual projects. \n
- Develop media plans to increase project visibility and reach among the relevant TG. \n
- Conceptualize and execute public relations and influencer engagement plans for consistent brand narrative. \n
- Build a differentiated brand positioning through storytelling and customer-centric messaging. \n
- Translate consumer insights and competitor analysis into actionable branding opportunities. \n
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to understand local micro-market trends and customer aspirations. \n
- Conceptualize and manage project-level walkthroughs (e.g. sample flat walkthroughs, 3D site tours, virtual walkthroughs, project films, and digital show suites). \n
- Develop and produce end-to-end marketing collaterals: \n
- Project brochures, leaflets, coffee table books \n
- Video teasers, testimonials, drone shots, AVs \n
- Digital creatives, microsites, e-mailers, social media banners \n
- Physical collaterals: hoardings, signages, standees, model flat branding, site office décor \n
- Collaborate with agencies to design immersive site branding and launch experiences, ensuring the brand story is felt right from first touchpoint to transaction. \n
- Plan, manage and execute all ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns, including events, promotions, media buys, hoardings, email marketing, etc. \n
- Own and deliver high-impact on-ground activation strategies for new project launches, handovers, milestone celebrations, etc. \n
- Track and optimize the marketing funnel, measure ROI on each campaign and report performance with dashboards. \n
- Plan and execute photo & video shoots to enhance brand imagery and asset library. \n
- Create compelling project walkthrough scripts, voiceovers, and experiential storytelling elements. \n
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely production of all collaterals and event setups. \n
- MBA in Marketing / Communications with 0-2years of experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or consumer brand marketing \n
- Experience in handling 360° marketing campaigns and working with multiple agencies \n
- Strong creative eye with an understanding of visual storytelling, walkthrough scripting, brand voice, and tone \n
- Excellent communication and project management skills \n
- Highly collaborative and stakeholder-friendly mindset
