\n9.FollowupwithengineersforBreakdownservicereports.
\n10.SegregatebillableservicereportsandattachitagainstitsworkorderinFSM.
\n11.Respondtocustomercallsande-mails.
\n12.Followupwithserviceengineerstosenddefectivesparestoservicecentreonaweeklybasis.
\n13.EnsuretimelyexecutionofDUinstallationandprojectjobs.
\n14.Engineersupportduringintroductionofnewequipmentornewbusinessactivity.
\n15.Reportallmattersofurgentconcern/abnormalactivityinthefieldtotheStateHead/RM.

\nVI. ScopeandImpactofPositionResponsibilities
\nThis new role will find the ASM / ASC responsible for up to 20 - 30 field-based engineers. The role will involveworking closely with Field Engineers , Office staffand State Head to ensure that targets are being met and plans are put in place to countermeasure issues that arise.
