Job Summary:
\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Banquet Chef to lead and manage our banquet kitchen operations.
\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality food for weddings, corporate events, and social functions while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and efficiency.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n* Plan and execute banquet menus for events of varying scales and themes
\n* Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
\n* Manage kitchen operations during large-scale events and functions
\n* Coordinate with Sales, Events, and Service teams for seamless execution
\n* Maintain food cost control, portioning, and wastage management
\n* Supervise, train, and motivate the banquet kitchen team
\n* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
\n* Innovate and introduce new menu concepts, live counters, and themed cuisines
\nRequirements:
\n* Proven experience as a Banquet Chef in a reputed hotel.
\n* Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine (Indian & International) banquet production
\n* Experience handling large-scale events (weddings, MICE, social functions)
\n* Excellent leadership and team management skills
\n* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
\n* Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments

* Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
\n* Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality brands
\n* Knowledge of sustainable and modern culinary trends
