Narayana Infra is seeking a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 510 years of experience to lead our digital lead generation strategy for plots, villas, apartments, and real estate projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, automation funnels, CRM management, and real estate lead conversion systems. This role requires a data-driven professional who can scale campaigns efficiently while reducing CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximizing ROI.

• Generate qualified leads for plots, villas, apartments, and real estate projects
\n
• Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
\n
• Plan and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance campaigns)
\n
• Execute and optimize YouTube Ads for brand awareness and lead generation
\n
• Create and manage high-converting landing pages for campaigns
\n
• Optimize campaigns to continuously reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
\n
• Set up and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and automation funnels
\n
• Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate lead tracking and follow-ups
\n
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to improve lead conversion rates
\n
• Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns
\n
• Monitor daily ad performance, analyze data, and generate performance reports
\n
• Track metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and improve overall efficiency

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
\n
• Deep understanding of performance marketing & lead funnels
\n
• Experience in landing page creation & optimization
\n
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, Google Tag Manager & Analytics

• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp automation tools
\n
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead lifecycle management

• Data-driven decision-making ability
