  • Research Support: Conduct primary and secondary research across domains such as healthcare, agriculture, education, financial inclusion, fundraising, and artificial intelligence/machine learning to support internal strategic initiatives.
  • \n
  • Knowledge Management: Support the development of knowledge assets, including landscape reports, white papers, position papers, concept notes, presentations, and briefing materials for internal decision-making.
  • \n
  • Database & CRM Management: Maintain, curate, and regularly update databases of partners, donors, and other stakeholders. Ensure data quality and support CRM management activities.
  • \n
  • Opportunity Assessment: Assist in identifying, tracking, and evaluating emerging opportunities, programs, and use cases related to AI for social impact and underserved communities.
  • \n
  • Grant & Proposal Development: Provide research, content development, and coordination support for grant proposals, concept notes, presentations, and other fundraising materials.
  • \n
  • Communication Support: Develop and maintain internal communication materials, including newsletters, reports, briefing notes, email drafts, and other written collateral.
  • \n
  • Project Coordination: Track deliverables, timelines, action items, and documentation for the Partnerships and Fundraising team. Support planning, coordination, and reporting activities to ensure timely execution of team priorities.
  • \n
  • Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams to gather information, synthesize insights, and support strategic initiatives, fundraising efforts, and program development activities.

\nRequirements \n
    \n
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n
  • Can work with multiple stakeholders, extend support in chasing and overachieving targets
  • \n
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate/post-graduate degree
  • \n
  • Strong interest in field-based program implementation, public systems, and technology-enabled interventions
  • \n
  • Basic exposure to data collection, desk and field research, pilots, or implementation support through coursework, internships, or projects
  • \n
  • Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel, adapt to evolving project needs, and provide hands-on support during field deployments and pilots.
  • \n
