\n\nJob Description
\n\n1. Sourcing & Procurement Strategy
\n * Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies for food, non-food, packaging, equipment, and capex items.
\n * Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation, volume leverage, alternate suppliers, and imports.
\n * Build and manage a diversified supplier base across India and global markets
\n * Drive annual procurement budget planning and cost optimisation targets.
\n * Ensure compliance with food safety, statutory norms, and internal procurement SOPs.
\n 2. Supply Chain Planning & Operations
\n * Oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment across central warehouses and restaurants.
\n * Strengthen cold chain logistics and temperature-controlled operations.
\n * Ensure timely movement of materials through regional DCs and last-mile distribution.
\n * Reduce wastage, pilferage, stockouts, and logistics cost per unit.
\n 3. Vendor Management & Governance
\n * Build strategic partnerships with vendors-raw materials, proteins, packaging, crockery, equipment suppliers.
\n * Lead vendor onboarding, audits, quality checks, payment terms, and performance scorecards.
\n * Ensure timely vendor payments and dispute resolution via strong cross-functional coordination.
\n 4. Cost, Quality & Compliance * Continuously benchmark prices and quality against market trends.
\n * Drive initiatives in packaging innovation, sustainability, and SKU rationalisation.
\n * Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, hygiene norms, internal QA processes, and audit requirements.
\n * Collaborate with Culinary teams to ensure availability of right-quality raw materials for menu launches.
\n 5. Digital Transformation & Process Excellence
\n * Own ERP procurement modules, inventory systems, and automation initiatives.
\n * Drive accuracy in data management, forecasting tools, and real-time visibility of inventory.
\n * Implement dashboards for supply chain KPIs: OTIF, fill rate, lead time, COGS variance, logistics cost, stock ageing.
\n * Strengthen procurement governance: POs, contracts, approvals, documentation.
\n 6. Team Leadership
\n * Lead a pan-India supply chain team covering sourcing, warehouse operations, logistics, and planning.
\n * Build capabilities within the team through training, process improvements, and performance management.
\n * Work with Culinary, Operations, Finance and Projects to support business goals.
The Successful Applicant
\n\nEducation - MBA in Supply Chain / Operations / Procurement OR Graduate with strong domain expertise.
\n Experience * 10-15 years of experience in F&B, QSR, Hospitality, FMCG, or Retail supply chains.
\n * Proven experience in sourcing and cold chain management
\n * Experience managing large, multi-state distribution networks
