\n API Management
\n APIs are at the heart of the Creation Platform and Cloud Native Applications, and a major capability in this eco-system. The API Management Department is an end-to-end department, with PDA, QA, DEV, DevOps located
\n across Nice and Bangalore.The work is delivered as part of the Creation Platform SAFe Solution, currently in Platform Portal & Interfaces train.
\n The department leads and fosters the development, operations as well as promotion and efficient consumption of Services exposed to internal and external entities. It allows to participate to the advent
\n of the digital transformation by enabling & boosting Digital Channels. The department also drives the vision of API platform in the next years. Thanks to the API Portal (1a4DEV - evolving towards an integration in
\n the Creation Platform Portal), we deliver the access point to consume in an easy manner the API and we deliver the tooling to allow developers to produce API to be exposed.
\n The API gateway, delivers the connectivity at scale to customers exposing modern protocols (OAuth2, HTTP2) and guarantee the integration with internal technologies when needed.
\n Purpose
\n As a business analyst , the mission consists in contributing to the evolution of the API Management platform to make it the new business enabler, and the foundation of an even more ambitious global platform at company level.
\n Common accountabilities:
\n ?- Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.?
\n - Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
\n Specific accountabilities:
\n Assess requirements
\n * Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.
\n * Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.
\n * Size specification and validation work.
\n Carry out functional design
\n * Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
\n * Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with otherapplications and ensure functional compatibility.
