ob Responsibilities:
\nHR Analytics / MIS Reporting / Team Leadership
\n- \n
- Compile HR data and metrics from various data sources, payroll outputs, HR systems, and client/internal databases. \n
- Own management reporting deliverables including SLA/KPI reporting as per SOWs, dashboards on headcount, attrition, retention, productivity, accuracy, and other HRO performance metrics across daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc frequencies. \n
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and BI reports to enable timely, accurate, and insight-led reporting for Operations, Delivery, and leadership teams. \n
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, VBA, SQL, Google Sheets, Office 365, and HCM platforms such as Workday. \n
- Prepare, fetch, validate, and reconcile reports from Workday or other ERP/HCM systems and ensure data consistency across sources. \n
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness through strong controls, validation checks, root-cause analysis, and periodic audits. \n
- Analyze trends, provide actionable insights, and highlight risks/opportunities to support operational reviews and leadership decision-making. \n
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, manage expectations, and deliver outputs aligned to business priorities. \n
- Lead, guide, and review the work of the MIS team to ensure productivity, quality, adherence to timelines, and continuous capability development. \n
- Drive process improvement initiatives, maintain reporting documentation/SOPs, support transitions, and ensure compliance with data confidentiality and information security requirements. \n
- Support client reviews, governance meetings, and business presentations with accurate data packs, commentary, and executive-ready insights. \n
Education and experience requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory; MBA/PGDBM in HR, Analytics, Operations, or related discipline will be preferred. \n
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and Office 365 is required; hands-on experience in VBA/advanced formulas/macros will be an advantage. \n
- Hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL/data queries, data connections, and dashboard creation is required. \n
- Experience with at least one ERP/HCM platform such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is required. \n
- 5+ years of experience in HR shared services / HR operations / HR analytics, with at least 2 years in a team handling or team management role. \n
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HR analytics, MIS reporting, dashboarding, or workforce reporting. \n
- Strong understanding of reporting governance, data validation, quality controls, and management reporting practices. \n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret trends, derive insights, and recommend actions based on data. \n
- Ability to work under tight timelines, manage multiple priorities, handle escalations, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Experience in process improvement, automation initiatives, transition support, or SOP/documentation management will be preferred. \n
- Awareness of data confidentiality, information security, and compliance requirements while handling employee or client data. \n
- Flexible to work in shifts and in hybrid / WFH / WFO modes based on business requirements. \n
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and continuous-improvement mindset with the ability to coach and develop team members. \n
