Performance Test Engineer 3 (6-9 Years)

JMeter, Akamai Cloud Test, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Splunk, Trace Log - Performance Tester
Mandatory Skills
\n 6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
\n Proficiency in performance testing tool JMeter Or Load Runner.
\n As Akamai Cloud Test is the latest if the resource knows it is good else he will be trained.
\n Strong knowledge of HTTP/S, REST APIs, and web technologies.
\n Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
\n Monitor system performance using APM tools (, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog)
\n log analysis tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk, Trace Log to extract insights from large volumes of log data.
\n Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
\n Good understanding of system architecture and database performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:
\n Design and develop performance test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
\n Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests using tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or Akamai Cloud Test.
\n Monitor system performance using APM tools (, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog).
\n Use log analysis tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk, Trace Log to extract insights from large volumes of log data.
\n Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks in application, database, or infrastructure layers.
\n Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
\n Provide detailed performance test reports and recommendations for optimization.
\n Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering.
Required Skills:
\n 6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
\n Proficiency in performance testing tools (, LoadRunner, Akamai Cloud Test, JMeter).
\n Strong knowledge of HTTP/S, REST APIs, and web technologies.
\n Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
\n Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
\n Good understanding of system architecture and database performance tuning.
Preferred Qualifications:
\n Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Computer Engineering.
\n Experience with scripting languages (, Python, Groovy).
\n Deep expertise in different types of performance testing.
\n Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
\n ISTQB or equivalent certification in performance testing.
