Role: SAP SD Consultant (techno functional)

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Bangalore - Whitefield (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• SAP SD Expertise :
\n
• Deep understanding of Sales and Distribution (SD) processes , including pricing, material master, inventory management, and Available to Promise (ATP) functionality.
\n
• Migration & Integration : Participate in SAP migration and integration projects, preferably with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
\n
• SAP Implementation & Support : Contribute to SAP implementation, support, and governance activities.
\n
• Functional Specification & Development :
\n
• Design functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms.
\n
• Modify, test, and implement SAP application software to align with business needs.
\n
• Problem-Solving & Optimization :
\n
• Leverage SAP expertise to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose efficient solutions.
\n
• Perform unit, system, integration, and regression testing throughout project lifecycles.
\n
• Business Collaboration & Process Enhancement :
\n
• Work closely with business and IT teams to optimize sales, operations, and customer support processes.
\n
• Engage with end-users to gather requirements and ensure process improvements align with business objectives.
\n
• Collaborate with global sales and operations teams to standardize business processes.
\n
• Continuous Improvement : Evaluate potential process enhancements and oversee their implementation.
\n
• Cross-Functional Understanding : Analyze dependencies and impacts on neighboring business functions to drive holistic solutions.
\n

• SAP Proficiency :
\n
• Strong expertise in SAP SD module functionalities.
\n
• Understanding of SAP ABAP coding constructs within SD processes (ABAP development skills are a plus).
\n
• Interest in developing basic debugging skills for SAP ABAP/4 code (developer-level expertise not required).
\n
• Project Execution & Management :
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deliverables under tight deadlines.
\n
• Communication & Collaboration :
\n
• Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to present information effectively to small teams (3 6 people).
\n
• Comfortable interacting with staff across different organizational levels.
\n
• Analytical & Problem-Solving :
\n
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve critical system and process issues.
\n

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud .
\n
• Familiarity with global operations and process standardization across international teams.
\n
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
