Key Responsibilities

  • Work on overall vehicle development and packaging integration
  • \n
  • Develop and validate vehicle packaging concepts
  • \n
  • Perform modelling using UG NX (Surfacing, NX Tubing, NX Electrical)
  • \n
  • Conduct A-Class surface quality checks
  • \n
  • Evaluate body design standards and manufacturing feasibility
  • \n
  • Participate in design reviews and integration discussions
  • \n
  • Manage vehicle BOM, configurations, and engineering change workflows
  • \n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and validation
  • \n

Technical Knowledge Required

Vehicle Systems Knowledge:

  • Cockpit system, Centre Console, Seating, Interior & Exterior trims
  • \n
  • Tailgate mechanism
  • \n
  • Exhaust system, Fuel system, Hydraulic lines

  • Axles, Steering system, Suspension, Towing mechanism
  • \n
  • Cooling module, HVAC system
  • \n
  • Engine, Engine peripherals, Transmission, Engine mounts

  • Crash behavior and pedestrian protection

EV / Hybrid Knowledge (Basic Understanding):

  • Hybrid and Electric vehicle architecture

  • High voltage battery systems
