Executive - Business Developement
Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as industrial electronics, telecom, automotive, medical devices, defense, and consumer electronics
\nGenerate and convert leads for PCB assembly, box build, ODM/OEM, and system integration projects
\nHandle end-to-end sales cycle including enquiry generation, RFQ evaluation, costing coordination, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, and procurement teams
\nCoordinate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams for technical and commercial alignment
\nDrive revenue targets and contribute to business growth strategy
\nConduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
\nSupport localization initiatives and value addition strategies for domestic manufacturing
