Executive - Talent Acquisition (Sourcing)

About Role:
\nThe Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management to support high-quality and timely hiring across business units.
\nKey Responsibilities & Tasks:
\nManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer, and onboarding.
\nSource candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendors.
\nConduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews with technical and business panels.
\nMaintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
\nEnsure timely feedback, offer rollouts, and closure of positions within defined SLAs.
\nDrive an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.
\nCoordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities including documentation, background verification, and induction.
\nSupport vendor coordination and ensure quality submissions and timely updates.
\nDesired Skills & Attributes
\n. 3 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably IT or technology hiring).
\nExposure to onboarding, vendor coordination, and recruitment analytics is an advantage.
\nEducation & Qualifications
\nBachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
\nProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment dashboards
