About Role:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management to support high-quality and timely hiring across business units.

\n

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

\n

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer, and onboarding.

\n

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and vendors.

\n

Conduct initial HR screenings and schedule interviews with technical and business panels.

\n

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

\n

Ensure timely feedback, offer rollouts, and closure of positions within defined SLAs.

\n

Drive an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.

\n

Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities including documentation, background verification, and induction.

\n

Support vendor coordination and ensure quality submissions and timely updates.

\n


\n

Desired Skills & Attributes

\n

. 3 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably IT or technology hiring).

\n

Exposure to onboarding, vendor coordination, and recruitment analytics is an advantage.

\n

Education & Qualifications

\n

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

\n

Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment dashboards
