Job Description
- High-Impact Global Exposure in an MNC \n
- Lead compliance initiatives and shape global risk strategies \n\n
- Review, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts (direct & indirect) and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. \n
- Provide legal advice and support to the procurement team on matters related to vendor agreements, risk management, and compliance. \n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve legal issues arising in procurement processes. \n
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to procurement activities. \n
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on relevant laws and regulations affecting the FMCG industry. \n
- Assist in developing templates and guidelines for procurement contracts. \n
- Support the resolution of disputes or claims arising from procurement activities. \n
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and legal documentation. \n\n
- 5-8 years of post qualification experience \n
- Experience in multi-jurisdiction procurement contracts (direct & indirect) is a must \n
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and legal compliance requirements. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. \n
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
