Job Description
- 10-15 years in plant Quality Assurance or Quality Control \n
- Experience in steel machining & fabrication \n\n
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production quality and efficiency \n
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to minimise errors and defects \n
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards \n
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement \n
- Train team members on quality protocols and best practices \n
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders \n
- Support the Engineering & Manufacturing department in meeting project timelines \n\n
- A degree in Engineering or a related field \n
- Proven expertise in quality assurance within the Energy & Natural Resources sector \n
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail \n
- Experience in implementing quality control measures in steel fabrication & machining \n
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities \n
- Proficiency in relevant quality management tools and software
