Job Description
- Opportunity to design cutting-edge automotive infotainment hardware \n
- Hands-on involvement in hardware development, from concept to readiness. \n\n
- Design and develop embedded hardware for automotive infotainment systems. \n
- Create schematics (Altium Designer), select components, perform design calculations, and manage BOM. \n
- Mixed-signal circuit design for radio communication, DC-DC converters, TFT backlight drivers, and vehicle interface I/Os. \n
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards (CISPR25, ISO11452) and optimize power consumption. \n
- Review high-speed PCB layouts (8-10 layers) and ensure thermal management solutions. \n
- Build hardware prototypes, perform bring-up, and iterate designs based on test results. \n
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing for reliability and performance. \n
- Debug issues and implement countermeasures with QA and validation teams. \n
- Work closely with firmware/software developers and mechanical teams for seamless integration. \n
- Participate in design reviews, requirement analysis, and cross-functional discussions. \n
- Document new technology know-how and contribute to continuous learning initiatives. \n\n
- Hands-on experience with:Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GNSS, and gyroscope integration.AM/FM/DRM/DAB radio tuner design.32-bit microcontrollers, LPDDR, eMMC, Flash memory.Display interfaces like HDMI, LVDS, MIPI.High Speed Boards \n
- Strong knowledge of protocols: I2C, SPI, CAN/LIN, USB, Ethernet, UART, RS232, GPIB, I2S, PCM, SDIO. \n
- Familiarity with audio basics & amplifiers, EMI/EMC standards, and compliance testing. \n
- Automotive standards: ISO26262, ISO7637-2, CISPR25. \n
- PCB design and fabrication for high-speed, multi-layer boards. \n
- Proficiency in test and measurement tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, VNA, signal generators). \n
- Skills in DFM, DFA, DFMEA, DFT, and detailed design documentation. \n
- Attention to detail and strong focus on quality. \n
- Team collaboration and cross-functional support. \n
