We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions at our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:\n

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process
  
\n
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  
\n
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
  
\n
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  
\n
• Manage payroll coordination, leave management, and performance appraisals
  
\n
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
  
\n
• Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment
  
\n
• Organize employee engagement activities and retention strategies
  
\n
• Support management in organizational planning and workforce development
  
\n
• Lead and supervise the HR team effectively
  
\n

Qualifications:\n
\n

\n
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  
\n
• Proven experience as HR Manager or similar role
  
\n

Experience:\n
\n

\n
• 5+ years preferred
  
\n
