Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across defence, government tenders, private sector, and electronics industries . \n
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with procurement officers, OEMs, and system integrators . \n
- Support the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring full alignment with client specifications and tender requirements. \n
2. Sales Execution

- Effectively present the company s technical capabilities, products, and solutions to prospective clients. \n
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures in complex and high-value sales environments. \n
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while expanding the client base. \n
3. Marketing Strategy

- Develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies . \n
- Create high-impact marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and case studies tailored to industry segments. \n
- Represent the organization at industry exhibitions, conferences, and technical forums to strengthen brand presence and generate leads. \n
4. Competitive Positioning

- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to benchmark the company against domestic and international competitors. \n
- Promote the organization s Make in India advantage and indigenisation capabilities to key stakeholders. \n
- Provide insights and feedback to product management and R&D teams to support product enhancements and innovation. \n
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate closely with R&D, product development, product application teams, and leadership to develop compelling and technically sound proposals. \n
- Coordinate with the headquarters team to arrange online demonstrations and technical presentations for clients. \n
- Ensure marketing and proposal messaging aligns with the organization s long-term strategic objectives . \n
- Assist in refining tender documentation and compliance requirements for successful submissions. \n
6. Customer Relationship Management

- Conduct live product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers. \n
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly translated into project execution plans and delivered according to agreed technical and quality standards . \n
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth payment cycles and adherence to contractual terms . \n
