Job Description

- Prepare reports and documentation related to industrial relations activities. \n
- Support HR initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the Human Resources department. \n\n
- A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. \n
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations within the automotive industry. \n
- Experience in handling union negotiations and employee grievances. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. \n
- Problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset. \n
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation. \n
- A proactive approach to maintaining a harmonious workplace environment.
