- Educational background in Electrical / Mechanical / Optical Engineering (BTech/MTech) preferred.

\n\nThis role is responsible for establishing and scaling the company's hardware engineering and NPI capabilities in India as part of a strategic global R&D expansion, with an exclusive focus on electrical, mechanical, and optical hardware systems. It owns end-to-end product architecture and NPI delivery, leads global product transfers from the US to India, partners closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, and global R&D teams, and builds high-performing engineering and manufacturing teams while ensuring strong alignment and stakeholder engagement with US leadership.
