We are currently seeking a Kinaxis Solution Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Descriptions

• We are looking for a Kinaxis Solution Consultant with 10+ years of experience in delivering Supply Chain planning projects along with 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementation
\n
• This role must have strong analytical and RR configuration experience in the following modules Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), Distribution requirement planning, Master production schedule and Demand Planning.
\n

Typical responsibilities include:

\n
• Provide solutions proficiency to analyze and identify gaps, lead the solution design, and implement the Rapid Response application to meet business requirements
\n
• Providing expertise in supply chain management and Kinaxis RR configuration
\n
• Developing and implementing supply chain planning solutions
\n
• Knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems through Data Warehouses for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications for enhancements, layouts and reports etc.
\n
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery
\n
• Providing guidance and support to the project teams
\n
• Conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions
\n
• Managing day-to-day support and enhancement s
\n
• Driving continuous improvement and optimization of Kinaxis Rapid Response capabilities
\n
• Evaluating and recommending new features and functionality to enhance supply chain planning processes
\n

Key Qualifications:

\n
• Experience as a Kinaxis Solution Consultant in Supply planning and Demand planning implementation
\n
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Should have experience in Author workbooks, creating automation schedule tasks, developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards
\n
• Hold Level 2 Solution Consultant Certification in Kinaxis Rapid Response
\n
• Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e. operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, or supplier network optimization
\n

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

\n
• Good communication and presentation skills
\n
• Working knowledge of relational databases and query writing is considered an asset.
\n
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and their application in IT operations.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing Agile tools such as Service Now and JIRA to effectively manage and track project progress.
\n
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties
\n
