    Job Description

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and transformation for Core HR technology across SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, and OpenText.
  • \n
  • Own and evolve the Core HR technology architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms, data models, and integration patterns.
  • \n
  • Drive HR digital transformation initiatives that deliver simplified, standardized, and globally scalable HR solutions.
  • \n
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • \n
  • Partner with HR, IT, vendor, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize business outcomes and technology initiatives.
  • \n
  • Establish and enforce platform governance, best practices, and security/compliance standards across the Core HR ecosystem.
  • \n
  • Oversee vendor relationships and implementation partners, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs.
  • \n
  • Champion continuous improvement through automation, streamlined processes, and enhanced employee experience.
  • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 12+ years of experience in HR Technology, including 5+ years leading global Core HR transformations
  • \n
  • Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and OpenText for document management, workflows, and HR integrations
  • \n
  • Proven experience defining and executing platform strategies, roadmaps, and multi-year transformation journeys.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, global system design, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, data privacy, audit, security).
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with HR COEs, IT, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a track record of influencing at senior levels.
