Job Description
- Drive global HR tech transformation with ownership of core platform strategy. \n
- Shape scalable HR systems that enhance employee experience worldwide. \n\n
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and transformation for Core HR technology across SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, and OpenText. \n
- Own and evolve the Core HR technology architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms, data models, and integration patterns. \n
- Drive HR digital transformation initiatives that deliver simplified, standardized, and globally scalable HR solutions. \n
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality solution delivery. \n
- Partner with HR, IT, vendor, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize business outcomes and technology initiatives. \n
- Establish and enforce platform governance, best practices, and security/compliance standards across the Core HR ecosystem. \n
- Oversee vendor relationships and implementation partners, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs. \n
- Champion continuous improvement through automation, streamlined processes, and enhanced employee experience. \n\n
- 12+ years of experience in HR Technology, including 5+ years leading global Core HR transformations \n
- Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and OpenText for document management, workflows, and HR integrations \n
- Proven experience defining and executing platform strategies, roadmaps, and multi-year transformation journeys. \n
- Strong understanding of HR processes, global system design, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, data privacy, audit, security). \n
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with HR COEs, IT, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams in a global environment. \n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a track record of influencing at senior levels.
