Job Description
- To be a part of a global organisation for mining and infrastructure solutions. \n
- To work on latest AI and Computer-Vision based solutions with real-world impact. \n\n
- Manage and optimize AI models, including performance monitoring, retraining, and deployment. \n
- Build and label datasets for computer vision projects (classification, detection, segmentation). \n
- Deploy agentic AI infrastructure on cloud platforms using CI/CD pipelines. \n
- Develop AI applications using frameworks like LangGraph, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Autogen, and Google ADK. \n
- Mentor and upskill engineers on AI workloads and best practices. \n
- Define project scope and success criteria with stakeholders. \n
- Lead Agile project execution and manage risks, dependencies, and reporting. \n
- Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement across deliverables. \n\n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in AI or Data Science are a plus. \n
- 7+ years of experience in engineering application deployment and project delivery. \n
- Strong Python skills (OOP), AI deployment experience, and software architecture knowledge. \n
- Familiarity with project management tools (, JIRA, ServiceNow). \n
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise systems (, SAP). \n
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. \n
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
