Job Description
- 5-8 yrs' exp. in supplier innovation within chemical value chains \n
- Proven leader driving cross-functional supplier collaboration & innovation \n\n
- Act as the strategic interface between internal development teams and external supplier capabilities. \n
- Identify and drive innovation-driven collaborations aligned with sourcing and product strategies. \n
- Manage supplier innovation pipelines, focusing on raw material and technology advancements. \n
- Establish collaboration models and oversee contract frameworks for joint development initiatives. \n
- Engage high-level stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Procurement, and supplier leadership. \n
- Monitor supplier innovation performance and contribute to long-term strategic partnerships. \n
- Scan market and technology trends to translate emerging innovations into business opportunities. \n
- Support and drive transformation initiatives within Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). \n\n
- Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline. \n
- Brings strong understanding of the chemical value chain from raw materials to applications. \n
- Demonstrates experience in supplier negotiations, joint development agreements, and commercial contracting. \n
- Skilled at translating technical trends into innovation and sourcing opportunities. \n
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
