Analyst Finance Business Partner

Roles & Responsibilities
\n Operations:
\n Review deal submissions in compliance with Sales booking policy.
\n Approve deals as per documented process in alignment with Plan of records.
\n Support POR rejection queue and approve PORs.
\n Perform month-end close activities with strict timelines & compliance adherence. This
\n involves working with different stakeholders like Sales Operations Team, Regional FP&A
\n teams, Pricing teams & Global leadership teams.
\n Drive Automation and SOX controls for the process within prescribed timelines.
\n Ensure that financial data & systems are updated/aligned to the business requirement. Drive
\n the team for early adoption of automation and actively engage in process improvements.
\n Reporting and Analytics:
\n Publish NSR reports after month/quarter end close to all regions in required format.
\n Publish POR phasing reports with monthly phasing after every month/quarter end close
\n within prescribed timelines.
\n Support quarterly audit requirements on deal validation as per Sox controls.
\n Conduct various analysis & deep dive of revenue and sales data to provide actionable
\n insights to various stakeholders.
\n Basic Qualifications:
\n Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
\n Candidates with MBA, CA Inter, ICWA Inter having relevant experience may also apply.
\n 1-3 years of finance or accounting experience
\n Other Qualifications:

\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n Good MS Excel skills
