Job Title : Procurement Executive / Senior Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Executive to manage IT Applications & Cyber Security spend pool covering activities such as Contract Management, Supplier Management, and IT Procurement tasks.

Experience:

3- 6 Years of Experience in procurement and strategic sourcing managing Cyber Security, Information Security, IT applications with a proven track record of cost savings and supplier relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
\n
• Process purchase orders and deliver follow up requirements.
\n
• Manage relationships with suppliers and business stakeholders.
\n
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
\n
• New Vendor Development and Supplier Evaluation.
\n
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive supplier database and ensure all procurement activities are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
\n
• Drive Process Improvement, automation, digitalization initiatives.
\n
• Ensure accurate reporting of procurement activities and metrics.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven experience as an IT buyer, Software licensing or a similar role in Engineering R&D, IT, ITES company.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of procurement and sourcing practices and tools.
\n
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
\n
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA and ARIBA Sourcing and Microsoft Office
\n
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
\n
• Qualification: Bachelor s degree in engineering
