Job Title: System Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and optimal performance across servers, networks, and user environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
  
\n
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  
\n
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
  
\n
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  
\n
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with IT policies
  
\n
• Maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls
  
\n
• Handle system upgrades and migrations when required
  
\n
• Document system configurations and procedures
  
\n
• Provide technical support to internal teams and end users
  
\n
\n

Essential Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  
\n
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  
\n
• Certifications like MCSE, RHCE, CCNA will be an added advantage
  
\n
\n

Required Skills:


\n
\n
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server / Linux Administration
  
\n
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  
\n
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
  
\n
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) is a plus
  
\n
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
  
\n
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Shell scripting)
  
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  
\n
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
