Role Summary

We are looking for a Lead / Manager AI & Emerging Technologies to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable AI solutions that solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions.
\n
• Develop and deploy scalable AI applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms.
\n
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver AI projects.
\n
• Build, optimize, and monitor AI models in production environments.
\n
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and best practices.
\n
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
\n
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n
• 8 15 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics.
\n
• Strong experience with Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and Prompt Engineering .
\n
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, TensorFlow, or PyTorch .
\n
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP , MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
\n
• Knowledge of AI model deployment, data platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
\n
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems or similar fields of study or equivalent advanced level experience
