Responsibilities:

\n - Handle End-to-End Recruitment process.
\n - Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requirement understanding to onboarding.
\n - Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
\n - Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
\n - Screen and shortlist candidate profiles as per job requirements.
\n - Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
\n - Schedule and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
\n - Handle salary negotiation and offer release process.
\n - Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
\n - Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate database.
\n - Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
