\nExperience: 8+ years in Ad Operations, Programmatic Trading, or AdTech Delivery
\nThe Role
\nNitro Commerce is seeking a Hands-on Associate Director of Delivery to bridge the gap
\nbetween technical ad operations and aggressive business scaling. You will be the primary
\ncustodian of our ad server efficiency, ensuring user signals we possess are translated into
\nflawless campaign execution.
\nThis is a high-accountability role where success is measured by technical precision, zero
\nunderspend, and hitting the specific performance benchmarks (ROAS, CTR, CPA) that keep
\nour 2,500+ brand partners scaling.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n%CF; Supply-Side Scaling: Lead the technical integration of new SSPs and direct
\npublishers to avoid delivery bottlenecks and diversify inventory.
\n%CF; Budget Mastery: Take ownership of 100% budget utilization across all active
\ncampaigns with a goal of zero underspend.
\n%CF; KPI Excellence: Oversee predictive bidding and dynamic creative optimization to
\nensure top-tier accounts meet or exceed brand benchmarks.
\n%CF; Operational Integrity: Manage the "Performance Scorecard," cross-referencing ad
\nserver logs with client-reported data to ensure transparent reporting.
\n%CF; Inventory Enablement: Actively manage and increase fill rates across existing
\ninventory partners to maintain "shelf space" for premium D2C brands.

\n%CF; Data Disciplinarian : You thrive on "Performance Scorecards" and can reconcile
\ncomplex billing and delivery data across OTT, Fintech, and Commerce apps.
\n%CF; AdTech Veteran: You have a proven track record in Agency or AdTech environments
\nmanaging high-volume spends with high ROAS outcomes (e.g., 20x ROAS models).
