Role: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 7 -12 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, SMS, and display advertising.
\n
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) to increase ROAS.
\n
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to create high-performing content for web and social platforms.
\n
• Monitor and improve local SEO for each store location and manage Google Business Profiles.
\n
• Manage the companies social media presence including content planning, community engagement, and paid campaigns.
\n
• Analyze web traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM data.
\n
• Implement marketing automation workflows (email/SMS) for engagement, retention, and reactivation.
\n
• Coordinate digital efforts for in-store promotions, new store openings, and seasonal campaigns.
\n
• Assist with managing the e-commerce platform to improve user experience and conversion rate.
\n
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
\n

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
\n
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in (industry e.g., e-commerce, Retail ).
\n
• Proven success in driving customer acquisition and retention via digital channels.
\n
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media strategy, and CRM tools.
\n
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
