Position Title: Senior Manager - Digital App

Department: Marketing & CRM

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Chennai

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Mobile app development

- Work with the in-house development team for the app development. Liaise between the vendors and the internal stakeholders for all the UX/UI and to build new features in the app. Work on the other tool integrations (Net core , AppsFlyer etc. )

b) App Marketing

- Targeted download plan via multiple channels (Organic)

- Implementation of ASO

c) Build & Manage the referral programs from the app

d) Manage app campaign strategy across products to increase leads and conversions

e) Work on a Strategy to increase App downloads , App engagement for existing customers through structured campaign plan

f) Specialized skills in managing the mobile app with marketing & download campaigns from open market.

h) Build and Manage loyalty programs for existing customers
