State Head/Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
Responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, managing distributors and sales teams, increasing market share, ensuring collections, and executing sales & marketing strategies within the assigned territory, state, or region.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve sales and collection targets for assigned territory/state/region.
· Develop and expand distributor and dealer network.
· Increase market penetration and business growth.
· Monitor primary and secondary sales performance.
· Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
· Ensure timely collection and receivable management.
· Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
· Lead, guide, and motivate field sales teams.
· Conduct regular market visits and joint field working.
· Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and MIS reports.
· Coordinate with internal departments for smooth business operations.
· Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and business ethics.

· B.Sc Agriculture preferred
· MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
